Cultural Attaché   
 
- The cultural attaché of the State of Qatar was established in Lebanon in 1974, and there were a large number of associate and students enrolled in Lebanon.
- In 2007, the office closed due to the establishment of the university campus in Qatar, noting that the embassy is still providing services to Qatari students who wish to study in Lebanon. Meantime, only a very small number of students who wish to pursue their studies in Lebanon resides in Lebanon, and we have secured an acceptance and counseling for Lebanese universities recognizing them by the Ministry of Education and Education in Lebanon.
- We continue to follow and also verify the validity of certificates of Qatari students or not, as well for citizens who apply for jobs and want to confirm their testimony and their education system in Lebanon
